Whether you are buying or selling (or both!), Mary Jo’s friendly smile and professional attitude will guide you effortlessly through the ins-and-outs of even the most complicated real estate transactions.
Certified Home Marketing Specialist
Jan was born and raised in Fort Worth, and while she left the nest to spend 23 years in the San Francisco Bay area, she returned to North Texas 13 years ago with renewed appreciation for her home town. She has a broad background including 20+ years in Human Resources and 12+ years in Real Estate, and attended Arlington Heights High School, SMU, and Tulsa University, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art. Jan has two adult daughters and currently she and her husband, Devin Holloway, live in downtown Fort Worth.
Jan loves to assist sellers in preparing their homes to be ready for sale, and in doing so, she has received the designation of Certified Home Marketing Specialist. She is also dedicated in assisting veteran and first time home buyers with property selection, contract negotiation, and home purchase related insecurity through to the closing table. Another passion of Jan’s is to help property investors with finding financially acceptable projects, arrangement of financing, and selection of choice contractors for project renovation.
She likes to stay on top of what is going on in Fort Worth, and therefore, she is a dedicated member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Neighborhood Association, and Fort Worth South, Inc. Jan and Devin love to cook, travel, read, and go antiquing.
Jan’s real estate aim is to give her clients the best possible service to make the home buying and selling process painless and fulfilling. As a former HR professional, Jan understands listening is the most important part of her job. Her knowledge of the market, her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and her accessibility to her clients provides a professional real estate experience.
Certified Home Marketing Specialist
Devin Holloway is a Texas Realtor who specializes in both historical homes and new Builder homes. This dichotomy stems from unique circumstances, as he has worked with older homes in sales and contracting in multiple markets, from Chicago, to the Bay Area, to Fort Worth’s Fairmount district, as well as having 10+ years’ experience working for a new home builder. “The markets are different, and the buyers are different,” Devin explains, “but they’re still looking for that same level of comfort, peace, and enjoyment. Some people like to work on old cars, some people like to speed around in new ones, I think on one level it can be that simple”. What’s not simple, Devin believes, is the buying process for each. Devin’s negotiating skills take into account different elements in both markets, as well as recognizing what you, as a buyer, should watch out for when looking at long term enjoyment of your investment.
Devin’s other interests include anything outdoors, stone masonry, jazz, and motorcycles, not necessarily in any order. He speaks fluent Spanish, Italian, and German, and has a degree in Organizational Management. If you’re looking for a Realtor with market knowledge, architectural sensitivity, and business born common sense, consider a conversation with Devin before you jump into the fray ofntoday’s real estate storm.
Chelsie Zachman Synatschk
Chelsie Zachman Synatschk fell in love with Fort Worth while attending Texas Christian University, where she received a degree in Communications. In the nearly two decades since, she has gained an intimate knowledge of the city and its many unique neighborhoods. Chelsie appreciates all types of architecture but has a soft spot for historic and mid-century homes, having completely renovated one of each.
One of Chelsie’s favorite things about her job is getting to know her clients and matching them with the best solutions for their needs. Whether she is assisting with the purchase or sale of a home, her attention to detail and commitment to customer service ensure a smooth and headache-free transaction.
In her free time, Chelsie enjoys traveling as well as dining at Fort Worth’s many fabulous restaurants. She resides in Ridglea Hills with her husband, Joe; son, Jude; and lovable, yet ill-behaved mutt, Rhylie.
Joe’s passion for real estate started, not surprisingly, with his own home search. His agent—who has since become a good friend—patiently showed him house after house and, in the process, taught him a lot about how the agent-client relationship should work. Joe spends time getting to know each of his clients and their needs and prides himself on making potentially stressful transactions as stress-free as possible by thoroughly explaining the process, managing expectations, and utilizing the latest technology.
In addition to residential real estate, Joe also has extensive experience in land and commercial property sales. So, whether you’re looking to sell a property or to find a project, an investment, or your forever home, Joe has the knowledge and experience to see your transaction through!
He and his wife, Chelsie, have bought and renovated three Fort Worth houses, ultimately landing in a mid-century Ridglea Hills home where they love to entertain.

Born and raised in Orange County, New York, I always dreamed of living in Texas. I would stay with my Aunt and Uncle every summer in San Antonio, and I always knew I would live in Texas one day. I received my bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Marywood University, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. After graduation, I moved across the country to Arizona, where I would meet my husband, who just happened to be from Texas! I have lived in and around Fort Worth for over ten years now and am happy to call it home. I currently live in North Fort Worth with my husband, Justin, and daughter, Phoebe Dot.
With 10+ years in customer service, you could say that I love working with people. Through my own experience, I know that buying and selling a home can be a stressful time in a person’s life, but I’m here to guide you through it and make it as painless as possible.
In my free time I love to run, and read. Traveling with my husband and daughter is probably my favorite thing to do, though!
