Tony Sims

Tony Sims

Tony has over 25 years of experience in Real Estate/Property Management. He is primarily responsible for acquiring new properties and working with all owners questions and concerns. In addition, he assists team members with questions concerning legislative affairs affecting the property management field.

Tony received his BBA from Texas Wesleyan University, with a Major in Business Communications and a double Minor in Economics and Psychology. He also attended Texas Christian University working on his Masters in Human Resources.

Tony worked as Vice President of Sales for a large Funeral Home/Cemetery firm specializing in consumer products. He has also been involved in the Steel Manufacturing field as Superintendent of Human Resources and Governmental Affairs and as a Political Lobbyist for the Cast Metals Federation. 

Tony is active in the local political programs and serves as President/Chair for his neighborhood and is on the Executive Committee for Tarrant County. He has also served as an elected official in the past. 

Tony is active in the local Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS® and has served on numerous committees and two terms on the Board of Directors. He also serves the Texas Association of REALTORS® as a Regional Vice President, a position he has held for the past 4 years. He is the region 3 representative for the TAR Political Involvement Council and is the current Chairman of the Property Management Committee. 

He is active in the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is designated as a Residential Management Professional and a Master Property Manager, the two highest designations offered by NARPM. He is currently on the Governmental Affairs Committee and is a trustee for the NARPM PAC. Locally, Tony is a past president of the Fort Worth/Mid-Cities Chapter of NARPM and is a member of the Dallas Chapter. 

Tony works with the Ronald McDonald House program and is active in a number of civic and charitable causes in Fort Worth. 

In his off time he enjoys going to his farm on the Brazos River to relax and commune with nature. He and his wife, Amy, have four sons who live in Japan, Colorado, California, and Austin.


Jon Beaman

Jon Beaman

Jon Beaman has been a licensed Realtor since September 2013. Jon started with a large corporate property management company in January 2014 and decided after 7 years of experience in residential property management he wanted to break away from the corporate side of the business. Mr. Beaman saw a huge need for improved communication between landlords and tenants. Jon decided it was time to get involved with a higher personal touch to providing a superior quality of service, hence joining Tony Sims and Kimball Property Management. “I want to bring the property management industry to a new level when it comes to keeping fees at a minimum for tenants, increasing overall retention and reducing maintenance cost/markups for owners to maximize their returns”. This mindset is what sets Jon, Tony and Kimball Property Management apart from our competitors. 

In addition, Mr. Beaman remains current with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) chapters and local Realtors.   Mr. Beaman places a strong focus on customer service, as it has been at the core of our company and drives our success. Jon previously served as Director of Sales (2017-2021), Quality Assurance Manager (2015-2017) with an emphasis on business reputation management, responding to reviews placed by the consumer and as leasing agent serving the DFW region (2014-2015) for Specialized Property Management. 

Prior to entering real estate, he worked as survey crew chief for eleven years for Gorrondona & Associates, and was previously employed at Byrn & Associates Surveying and Engineering, both companies working in civil development and working closely with water districts, municipalities and the Texas Department of Transportation.

Mr. Beaman received his Texas Real Estate sales license from Kaplan College. He has completed courses in property management, specialized residential leasing, numerous tree identification courses, as well as extensive field calculations and advanced geometry courses.  

In his spare time, Mr. Beaman enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, golf, SCUBA diving, hunting, fishing, attending concert venues, exercising with weights and running, in addition to reading history books and western novels.  He is also committed to the community and volunteers at the Tarrant County Food bank, and participates with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
