Certified Home Marketing Specialist
Devin Holloway is a Texas Realtor who specializes in both historical homes and new Builder homes. This dichotomy stems from unique circumstances, as he has worked with older homes in sales and contracting in multiple markets, from Chicago, to the Bay Area, to Fort Worth’s Fairmount district, as well as having 10+ years’ experience working for a new home builder. “The markets are different, and the buyers are different,” Devin explains, “but they’re still looking for that same level of comfort, peace, and enjoyment. Some people like to work on old cars, some people like to speed around in new ones, I think on one level it can be that simple”. What’s not simple, Devin believes, is the buying process for each. Devin’s negotiating skills take into account different elements in both markets, as well as recognizing what you, as a buyer, should watch out for when looking at long term enjoyment of your investment.
Devin’s other interests include anything outdoors, stone masonry, jazz, and motorcycles, not necessarily in any order. He speaks fluent Spanish, Italian, and German, and has a degree in Organizational Management. If you’re looking for a Realtor with market knowledge, architectural sensitivity, and business born common sense, consider a conversation with Devin before you jump into the fray of today’s real estate storm.
Born and raised in Orange County, New York, I always dreamed of living in Texas. I would stay with my Aunt and Uncle every summer in San Antonio, and I always knew I would live in Texas one day. I received my bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Marywood University, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. After graduation, I moved across the country to Arizona, where I would meet my husband, who just happened to be from Texas! I have lived in and around Fort Worth for over ten years now and am happy to call it home. I currently live in North Fort Worth with my husband, Justin, and daughter, Phoebe Dot.
With 10+ years in customer service, you could say that I love working with people. Through my own experience, I know that buying and selling a home can be a stressful time in a person’s life, but I’m here to guide you through it and make it as painless as possible.
In my free time I love to run, and read. Traveling with my husband and daughter is probably my favorite thing to do, though!

Jon Beaman has been a licensed Realtor since September 2013. Jon started with a large corporate property management company in January 2014 and decided after 7 years of experience in residential property management he wanted to break away from the corporate side of the business. Mr. Beaman saw a huge need for improved communication between landlords and tenants. Jon decided it was time to get involved with a higher personal touch to providing a superior quality of service, hence joining Tony Sims and Kimball Property Management. “I want to bring the property management industry to a new level when it comes to keeping fees at a minimum for tenants, increasing overall retention and reducing maintenance cost/markups for owners to maximize their returns”. This mindset is what sets Jon, Tony and Kimball Property Management apart from our competitors.
In addition, Mr. Beaman remains current with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) chapters and local Realtors. Mr. Beaman places a strong focus on customer service, as it has been at the core of our company and drives our success. Prior to entering real estate, he worked as survey crew chief for eleven years for Gorrondona & Associates, and was previously employed at Byrn & Associates Surveying and Engineering, both companies working in civil development and working closely with water districts, municipalities and the Texas Department of Transportation.

In his spare time, Mr. Beaman enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, golf, SCUBA diving, hunting, fishing, attending concert venues, exercising with weights and running, in addition to reading history books and western novels.
